I designed Smart Assist, a chat-based search layer for Diligent Boards that lets board members and admins ask questions of their materials in plain language, and get answers grounded in citations they can verify.
I rebuilt Diligent Boards’ keyword search into a global, semantic experience, so governance professionals can find critical information across hundreds of board materials and years of meeting cycles.
I led the design of three interconnected data-room capabilities: a legal access gate, room-wide update notifications, and concealed participant identities. Together they helped Diligent close a confidential enterprise deal and gave Sales a standalone VDR offering to take to market.
My path into design wasn't linear. I worked in a call center, then in retail and hospitality in London. Worked in marketing agencies, then as a freelance web designer. UX found me in 2018, I spent over a year at a UX agency before joining Diligent in 2021 as a Product Designer.
I'm a function-driven designer and a strong advocate for user research. I work towards clarity, simplicity, and purpose. Understanding problems at their core, and designing with intention, care, and ethics, has never mattered more than now, in the age of AI.
